House Sivis is one of the Twelve Dragonmarked Houses that exist on Eberron. We have the Dragonmark of Scribing. We provide short and long-distance messenger services across Khorvaire and beyond.
A house run by the Gnomes of Eberron, we are integral to many people’s lives. We are made of two major guilds, the Notaries Guild, which presides over official documents, including but not limited to traveling papers, identification papers, contracts, and business agreements; copying magic scrolls; and detecting forgeries — and the Speakers Guild which is relied upon and depended upon to send messages across distances; as well as licencing barristers and heralds. A new Guild has come from the Speakers Guild, and many still consider it simply a branch, and that is the Broad Casting Guild. The Broad Casting Guild created the Echoer and Singer Devices and runs and operates the Echoer Broad Castings that have begun all over Sharn. Regular broad castings entertain and educate the citizens of Sharn.
